Last night (14 Feb 2025) Emma lost her IC Card in the public toilet, we realized 3 hours later. We came back, but it’s already gone.
I searched for the nearest police station and went there, explaining the situation. He said the lost item wasn’t there, and needed to submit paper work.
He needs a Japanese mobile phone, which we haven’t. Fortunately, another police officer came and searched the database of lost items.
Turns out, someone found and submitted at the next police station. Thank God, we just need to go there and bring our passport. Sign some paper that reads “I already collect the lost item”, provide my passport as her guardian and that’s it!
